Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Original tags must be attached

Item must be in original condition

Promotional gifts (if any) must be included
We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and trying items on before washing or removing tags.

Non-Quality Returns

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If the issue is due to our error:

We will cover return shipping.

A full refund or replacement will be provided.
Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection.

Order Cancellation Policy
Within 12 Hours

Free cancellation.
After 12 Hours (Order Packed)

20 percent packing fee may apply.
After 24 Hours (Order Shipped)

Cancellation is no longer available.
Customized Products
If production has started, cancellation is not accepted.
Up to 50 percent of the product cost may be deducted if production has already begun.
Custom Product Policy
Because custom products are made specifically to your design:

Cancellations are not accepted once production begins.

Returns are only accepted for quality issues.

Quality concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note that final appearance may vary slightly depending on customization methods such as printing or embroidery.
We strive to ensure your custom apparel closely matches the preview provided.

Customs duties or import fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
