How long is the return window?

We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

*Please note that we don't accept returns after the 30-day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 30 day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Customized products and virtual products (e.g. gift cards) cannot be returned.

Note: If there is a specific policy applied to a specific product, then please follow that specific policy. 

It is recommended that you open and inspect the packaging after receiving the order. Please try them as soon as possible instead of washing them and removing the labels.

 How to start a return and exchange?

Step 1: Contact us via Online Chat or Email to start your return.

Step 2: Once we receive your request, we’ll be in touch and provide return instructions and refund options.

Step 3: You'll need to ship your item(s) to the return address that the customer service provided, then share the shipment tracking information with us.

Step 4: That's it! Once we receive your returned package, we'll take care of the rest and process your refund as soon as possible.

Are there any return fees: 

If it is not a quality problem, we are not responsible for the cost of return/exchange.

The original shipping fee is not refundable. 

You are responsible for the cost of return/exchange.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the freight. The specific cost should be based on the courier company you choose. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, and for this reason, we will bear the shipping cost. 


To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition.

Please send us your return request within 12 hours after receiving the package. 

When customers return or exchange items, they must use a traceable shipping service.

Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items, otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gifts can be substituted for the middle set. 

Your refund credit will be automatically replaced with the original payment method within 3 working days after receipt and inspection of the return.

For any defective, damaged or mis-sent items, we will refund the full amount.

Cancellation Policy

  1. If you need to cancel the order within 12 hours after the order is completed, please contact our customer service email in time. Your order can be canceled free of charge.
  1. If your order has been more than 12 hours and we have packed your order, we will charge a 20% packing fee.
  1. If your order has been more than 24 hours and your order has been sent out, we refuse to cancel the order.
  1. If the item is customized or has been produced (we cannot sell such products again), we need to deduct up to 50% of the cost.

Return Policy

If you're not absolutely in love with your order, we want to make it as simple as possible. See below for more information on our return policy.

 Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in new condition with the original tags and hygienic liners attached within 30 days of their delivery date.

Please note that we don't accept returns after the 30 day timeframe. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

For sanitary reasons, accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.

Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.

Gift cards, and accessories are marked as flash sale, final sale & special sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

  1. Once we accept your return request, please return the products to our warehouse at the address provided by customer service. We receive the item and check it. Please be assured that the refund will normally be completed within 3 working days. Once your refund is approved, your PayPal account or credit card will receive a refund from us.
  1. If you still have not received a refund, please check your account number or contact your credit card bank account. It may take several business days for your credit card account to announce your refund details.
  1. If your refund is delayed or lost, please contact us in time. Our email address is (if applicable). 

Custom Product Return & Refund Policy

Cancellations Not Accepted: Due to the highly customized nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations once production has started.

No Returns or Refunds for Non-Quality Issues: If there are no quality issues, we cannot accept returns or refunds due to the custom nature of the product. If you receive a product with quality issues, such as damage or discrepancies with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange.

Please be aware that as custom products are uniquely tailored to your specifications, the final appearance may vary depending on the chosen customization technique. Each crafting method, whether it be heat transfer, embroidery, or another form of personalization, brings its own distinctive touch to the final product.
