Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • PayPal

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your credit or debit card information.

Can I cancel or change my order?
  • Within 12 hours of placing your order: free cancellation.
  • After 12 hours: changes may not be possible if processing has started.
  • After shipment: orders cannot be canceled.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details.

If you do not see it, please check your spam folder.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does processing take?
  • Regular items: 1–3 business days
  • Peak season: up to 4–5 business days
  • Custom items: 3–8 business days

Orders placed on weekends begin processing the next business day.

How long does shipping take?

United States, Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (FedEx): About 5 business days

UK, Germany, France, Italy, Australia, Spain

  • Standard Shipping Only: 6–10 business days

Delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on orders over $159 (where applicable).

Expedited shipping is not eligible for free shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to activate.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached

Custom items and final sale items are not returnable unless defective.

Who pays for return shipping?

For non-quality returns: customer pays return shipping.
For damaged or incorrect items: we cover the return cost.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Banks may require additional processing time.

Sizing & Products

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to the size chart available on each product page.
If you are between sizes, we recommend comparing measurements with a similar garment you own.

Do colors look exactly like the photos?

We strive for accurate product images. However, slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

Are your items true to size?

Most of our T shirts and hoodies follow standard U.S. sizing. Always check the size guide for specific measurements.

Custom Apparel

Can I return customized products?

Customized products are made specifically for you and are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.

If you receive a defective custom item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Can I cancel a custom order?

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled.

Customs & International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes based on local regulations. These charges are not controlled by Emma Bridess.
